Pumpkin Pie Bites in Filo Cups

Filo cups are a bariatric dessert lovers dream. We can indulge slightly without the heavy feel of pie dough or cake on our tiny tummies! It’s okay to indulge during the holidays!

Pudding Parfait

Okay, okay … so this isn’t REALLY a recipe. But, like Donkey says, “Everybody loves a parfait!”

Ingredients:

1 container pudding
1/4 C whipped cream
nuts, fruits, or other mix-ins of choice

Layer a spoonful of pudding into the bottom of a pretty glass. Top with mix ins. Top with whipped cream. Repeat. Consume. Smile.
