Protein drinks and smoothies don’t have to be scary! In this version, Sue gives it a blueberry pie flavor using real blueberries and ups the protein by adding Greek yogurt. This is a thicker shake and a little more savory. If desired, add some sweetener to the mix.

1 serving protein powder of choice (we used a vanilla egg white protein)
8 oz coconut milk
2 T (1/8 C) Greek yogurt
Handful fresh or frozen blueberries
a few ice cubes

Put everything into a personal blender cup and blend for a few seconds until ice is broken up and everything is well blended. Pour into serving glass and enjoy.
