This receipe is so quick and easy – and SO delicious!

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/4 C bottled steak sauce of choice
cheddar cheese that has been sliced into 1/4 in. thick slices and cut to slider size (optional)
slider buns or good soft rolls (optional)

Combine beef and steak sauce.
Using an ice cream scoop, portion out meat and flatten slightly into small patty size.
Grill over medium high heat 3-5 minutes per side (the meat will be ready to flip when it no longer sticks to the grill).

Flatten out the patty and stick a piece of cheese in the middle. Bring the meat up and over the sides and smoosh and flatten until the cheese is coverd. Grill according to above directions.

To serve:

Place a patty on a slider roll and top with favorite toppings!
