For the month of January, our challenge is …

MOVEMENT! 

Movement is KEY to WLS success. While some of us may be more mobile than other, SOME kind of movement is always possible and is important to the process.
Dancing, Yoga, walking your dog, a 5K, swimming, water aerobics, playing outside with the kids … WHATEVER kind of movement you enjoy (that’s the key word there – ENJOY!)
