This month’s challenge is a toughie for a lot of us.
Let’s face it – we didn’t get to the point of needing WLS by practicing self-care.
One of my favorite quotes comes from motivational speaker Eleanor Brownn:

“Self-care is not selfish. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.”

We spend so much time taking care of everything else in our world – work, home, kids, spouse, elderly parents, etc. – that we completely forget to take care of ourselves.

This month, we challenge you to take a moment to TAKE CARE OF YOU.
Here are some examples of what you can do:

* Treat yourself to a haircut or manicure.
* Go take a walk in nature.
* Meditate.
* Read a book you’ve always wanted to read.
* Take a day to sleep in. 
* Buy a new pair of shoes, jeans, or dress.
* Take a bubble bath. 
* Get a massage.

In addition to these special things, remember to DAILY:
Drink 8-10 glasses of PURE water
Eat your veggies
Take your vitamins
Move your body!
