Jen’s daughter Emily is a “Chicken-Arm” conoisseur! She’s also a budding cook and loves to come up with her own flavor combinations and recipes. This is one of her favorites and she uses it on chicken, shrimp, and salmon (her three favorite proteins).

Juice of 3 large lemons
3-5 cloves garlic (depending on taste and size), minced
1/4 C olive oil
1 T roadkill seasoning

Combine all ingredients in plastic bag.

Prep the chicken “arms” (chicken wings) by cutting off the wing tip and separating the drumette from the wingette.

Put the chicken into the bag and seal. Either shake or massage the chicken, then allow to sit for up to an hour (flipping the bag once) to marinate.

Grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side (chicken is ready to flip when it no longers sticks to the grill).
